Positive: Location and value Negative: The lack of matching glasses was a bit weird. One wine glass, one champagne flute, a tumbler and a few random others. Slightly worn decor but only there for a night and very clean-so fine

Disappointing due to damp smell and lack of wifi. Positive: Excellent location, comfy beds, prompt responses to queries. Negative: Damp smell downstairs, unpleasant air freshener smell upstairs. There was no wifi connection. Bath plug in en suite broken. No instructions for heating. Bit dusty and unclean downstairs.

Great location, would consider staying there again if all issues were resolved Positive: Central, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, free parking, spacious, clean and tidy, well equipped kitchen, plenty towels, house was warm, plenty seating for both dining and relaxing. Very modern in hall, kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Easy access to property. Negative: Lack of welcome pack, no fire extinguishers, no safety bath mats, un useable shower needs replaced, smell of damp masked by plug in air fresheners. Shower needs replacing and more adequate extraction required as no window. Modernisation of bedrooms would also enhance the property.

Positive: Very well situated, clean and had everything we needed for a night's stay Negative: The plug in air fresheners were a little overwhelming for us all at night so we unplugged them.
