Luxury Travel Emporium 4 Bedroom Duplex Apartment

This could be a really great property if it were looked after better and the damp was dealt with. First impressions ar Positive: Great location and spacious. Negative: It really smelled of damp, the exterior was off putting and some things were broken.

Health Hazard black mould spores and filthy Positive: Absolutely nothing. Negative: Black mould spores throughout this property. Disgusting standard of cleanliness including brown sludge/ limescale all over each bathroom, toothpaste splashes all.over sink tiles. Baths & shower way too dirty to use. Smell of damp in the air catches your breath. Cheap polyester bed linen on every bed. They say you get what you pay for but we feel like we should have been paid to stay there. If you have children, older or vulnerable people DO NOT BOOK. If you want a bed and a toilet you will be ok. But dont expect anything you can get washed in or eat/ drink from. Spider webs, stains, and even someone else's shorts were just some of the delights we encountered. We will be reporting to the council as this property is a serious health hazard with the sheer scale of black mould spores across ceilings, walls and behind the Roman blinds.

Disappointing and would not return or recommend Positive: Property is in a gorgeous location however the standard of the property is where the apartment lets itself down. The apartment is covered in damp from the downstairs bathroom and had an extreme smell of mould covering the whole house. The toilet seat in the upstairs bedroom was broken/snapped on our arrival and was therefore unable to be used. Apartment did not appear to have being cleaned prior to our stay. Apartment is advertised for 7-8 people however only 3 mugs in the cupboard meaning some members of the party unable to have a cup of tea due to lack of facilities.

There was a slight problem with a leak in the bathroom but it didn’t spoil our stay. Definitely reco Positive: Great location and really comfy beds

Poor Positive: It was very conveniently located and easy to access. Negative: The whole property was very tired and in disrepair the pictures were not like the ones on the advertisement. The bathrooms were mouldy, floors were seeping underneath with water, basement is incredibly damp. Toilet is broken and also leaking water. Blinds were broken in the upstairs so you couldn't let any natural light in. Was not a comfortable stay and although cheap it did not meet expectations of the money I spent. Poor.
