Positive: It was very clean, and it was a short walk to the dales. Negative: The flat was very, very damp the smell hit you as soon as you entered. The wall paper was falling off the walls.

Would definitely return it was great Positive: Great location, very clean. Comfy beds, great outdoor seating area. Spacious Negative: Wear and tear decor, back door was swollen with a mixture of sun and rain so was difficult to open and close. Took a while to figure out the WiFi as booking dot come gives the wrong details. Noisy neighbours in the house next door

Positive: Bed very comfortable Negative: No wifi, no bin in bathroom, no coffee machine instructions, smells of damp as soon as you walk in. Wall papper peeling of walls due to being so damp. Can not shut all windows.

Positive: Convenient location, a lot of guidance given to find it as it was quite complicated. Negative: The external door in the living room didn’t lock. This went out on to a terrace which could be accessed from the street so was concerning for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. This room also had no blinds on the windows so there was no darkness for when you were falling asleep.

Dreadful experience - avoid staying! Positive: Not applicable Negative: Wallpaper peeling off everywhere. Dirty windows. Damp throughout the apartment. Cobwebs on outside doors. Rotting window frames. The worst thing is the lack of transparency from the hosts. The so called host provided a phone number with a message that no one will answer this number. An email was given in a recorded message with the statement from someone called Sarah that ‘one of my team will contact you’. I’m still waiting! This is appalling! They know the place is overpriced and scruffy so they do not want to engage with customers.
